Sealed Bid Sale of Surplus Property
Central High Public Schools will be accepting sealed on the following items:
Lot #1 – 2001 Thomas 71 passenger diesel school bus
Lot # 2 – 2010 Ford Thomas 28 passenger (mini) diesel school bus
Lot # 3 – 1999 Ford F-150 gasoline pick up
Lot # 4 – Old Baseball scoreboard
Bids sheets will be accepted in a sealed envelope (marked “Sealed Bid CHS Surplus”) until 10:00 am on January 31, 2025. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bid sheets should include: Lot #, dollar amount bid on item and bidders contact information.
Items will be awarded to the highest bidder.
Winning bidder(s) cannot take possession of items until payment has been verified. If winning bidder(s) payment cannot be verified the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
Following verification of payment, winning bidder will have 30 days to remove items. If items are not removed within 30 days, the district will take possession of the items and resell them.
The district has set a minimum bid amount on the items as follows:
Lot # 1 - $1500
Lot #2 - $750
Lot#3 - $350
Lot #4 - $100
Items can be inspected at 274801 Broncho Rd, Marlow OK, North of the ag building/bus barn.
Items are offered as is, with no guarantee. All sales are final, once payment is received and verified.
By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the terms and conditions of this sealed bid surplus sale.
